That is great that you have decided to go through with HCG. Please keep me posted, as well as the rest of the members on here.

I wanted to let you know that I will begin my HCG doses soon. I will have a blog up with everything going on. I am also hoping for comments from people going through it at the same time as me.

I hope to hear from you both soon.

I am so happy to hear that. I personally know how much better I feel when the coffee is been kicked to the curb.

I am glad you like the workouts, I enjoy them too.

I looked into it, and I was informed that there is an issue with the link. However, the webmaster is currently working hard to get that fixed.

As soon as it is, I will make sure it is included in a newsletter, as well as how to access it.

I am sorry about the inconvenience.

I found a wonderful free resource. A Yahoo group called HCG Dieters. Shalom is a member of this group. Besides the message board full of experienced people, there's a files section.

In those files you can download (for free) Dr. Simeon's original protocol document "Pounds and Inches." Lots of good details in there. I've read it twice already.

I couldn't wait for the upcoming teleseminars--I was too excited after Dr. Cage's teleseminar--so I actually started HCG on Sept. 30. It's going great so far. I'm still going to be in on the teleseminars, however. Some of the information will simply be a little too late for me.

Thank you! I did workout#1 with my husband today. I liked that I could do it at my level and my husband at his. Brandon's workouts are excellent! I am sure that I will reach my goals by following his workouts and look forward to more of them as I go along. I love that I am building my core, building muscles and cardio in one workout! He's a genius! I have marked out a 30 minute walking coarse with hills that I do daily before I eat anything every morning as well. Now that I have broken my addiction to coffee, I can get up without brainfog and get moving without any problem! yeah me!

I am sorry one of your questions were left out. What ebook do you want to know about?

  • Fitness Workouts   15 years 9 weeks ago

As you move along the program you will receive access to more videos.

Keep in mind, that if you want to work out more than what the program suggests, go for it!

It is important to know your body and do what you think is best. If you feel you shouldn't be skipping days, then add something in. Just make sure you don't overwork yourself.

  • Cooking   15 years 9 weeks ago

From watching the video on youtube with Luci cooking in the Aroma Turbo Oven, from what I understand is that it uses air to warm the food and not a heated light that would put off infrared waves. I hope I am understanding your question correctly.
I ordered one just yesterday so I hope I am right and not wrong!

Hi All....just joinned 2 weeks ago. THere's a ton of info. on this site, so someone has been working hard!! HAve health issues for a long time and I've learnned alot of this info. along the way BUT I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO STICK W/IT!! Joinning just behind the start of HCG group....& Detox. I was overwhelmed with where I was supppose to start but last night I reread the entire first 2 weeks of the program and made the decision that I need to do the 2Week Elimination Diet First! Especially as
I have never really quit all of my sensitive foods at the same time. For the last 3 months I've been following an ALCAT Test result, but even then I wasn't completely compliant (but the best I've ever been) My PCP wants me to rotate but that does seem close to impossible. And I'm so Carb addicted. I'll do well for 3-4 days and then I go nuts in the carbs. SOUND FAMILIAR?? AM looking at the info in week 3 on BRAIN CHEMISTRY and hoping there is something there that will get me over the edge and onto success. Would really appreciate any other suggestions on how to manage the stage of withdrawal.

SO here are my GOALS FOR THIS WEEK:
    1) Follow Week 1 of the Elimination Diet
    2) Ask for support and HELP! in getting over the cravings and withdrawal(cuz that is what it really is)
    3) Write down everything I eat
    4) find out if there are any contraindications for taking HCG

  • DETOXIFICATION class one   15 years 9 weeks ago

    Dear Dr. Pearsall,
I am using the Detox supplements in your kit. I have two questions about them.
    1) Since the GI Detox must be blended in order to mix with liquid and I work full time, can I blend the mixture the night before and take it to work with me the next day?
    2) I am having great difficulty with Fiber Fill. It will not mix with liquid. It starts to thicken while there are still a lot of lumps and I end up trying to drink a lumpy, unmixed concoction. What tips can you offer?

  • CANDIDA AND PARASITES TELESEMINAR   15 years 9 weeks ago

Dr. Kendra...Hi! I just found the info. re: the "spit test for Candida" in 02 Detox Teleseminar HAndout!!!

  • CANDIDA AND PARASITES TELESEMINAR   15 years 9 weeks ago

During our last week's (prerecorded) telecall; you mentionned that there was a "Spit Test" that one could do and certain characteristics of one's spit would indicate certain information. You were going to talk about it later in the call; but I believe the subject wasn't again discussed. Could you tell us how one does the test ,what would we be looking for ,what info. would it give us? Seems intriguing. Thanks!

The air tube headset is the best. You can get even more protection with a Biopro chip--Donna Ganza a health practitioner who specializes in the Biopro chip and energy medicine: 708.481.3390. I clip my phone to a coat hanger and hold the end of the coat hanger when i go for a walk with my cell phone. See you on the call Dawn!

  • Questions about environmentally clean lifestyle and products   15 years 10 weeks ago

I have a question about cell phones. What products are recommended to block cell phone frequencies from the body? I already own the Blue Tube head set, but would like to know about other headsets. I also want to learn about how to shield the body if the cell phone is clipped on a belt.

    Thanks for the great topic!

Thank you! They love choc flavor with strawberries and bananna-they say it taste like a bananna split!

  • Spinach - raw or cooked   15 years 10 weeks ago

According to the research, the ability of oxalates to reduce calcium absorption does exist. However, it appears to be relatively small in comparison, and certainly does not outweigh the benefits of including spinach in your diet. In fact, many of the dark leafy greens including collard greens, kale, and also broccoli are good calcium sources.

    So keep enjoying your salads!

  • Pro Optimal Whey Question   15 years 10 weeks ago

I'm very glad to hear you are enjoying the Pro-Optimal Whey Protein powder. It's a quality product designed to give extra nutritional support. However, the product is not a multivitamin/mineral. For example, it does not contain Vit A, Vit D, calcium, or copper, to name a few. So I would NOT recommend that you use this as a multivitamin/mineral for kids. In looking at the ingredients and amounts, there was nothing that stood out as a concern for kids the age you described, but I'd suggest that you ask your children's pediatrician as I do not have available to me the amounts of vitamins/minerals that may be in their multivitamin that you mentioned or the specifics of their health.

Doctor's Data has a hair analysis $110 which can screen for which metals you've been exposed to in the past 3 months and can select the right chelator for those metals. There are urine tests ($110) which can precisely assess your heavy metal burden and can monitor the progress of a metal detxoification done with DMSA or DMPS or ETDA etc. (chelators of heavy metals including mercury.) You need to find a doctor who has an account with Doctor's Data to get these tests.

The candida saliva just tests for candida and is about a $100 test. If I scored medium to high on the candida and parasite questionnaires, I would skip the candida saliva test and simply order the GI Panel
and you don't need to do both. I've never seen a GI Panel in a client that was normal. There is always at least a few things that need to be addressed and when they are, I've seen dramatic improvements in symptoms and even in weight loss.......

  • CANDIDA AND PARASITES TELESEMINAR   15 years 10 weeks ago

During the pre-recorded call; someone mentionned that her sister had done a heavy metal test. Could you tell us what Heavy Metal test you recommend? And did I understand you correctly that re: GI testing; you would first recommend the saliva test and then depending upon results ..then rx. the stool tests? What does the saliva test-test that the stool tests don't? Or would you order them all together for cost effeciency? etc. THanks!

  • CANDIDA AND PARASITES TELESEMINAR   15 years 10 weeks ago

Thanks for the heads up. I will correct that and also put this in the store.

Adult Dosage: Two tablespoons, (one ounce) daily on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before breakfast.

Children 12 and under: One tablespoon, 1/2 ounce under the supervision of a physician, administered as above.

Aqua Flora is included in the Detox Kit but there is no reference to it in your Daily Supplement Checklist. How frequently should it be taken?
