Fitness Workouts
Does anyone know how we are to do the workouts?
From what I am understanding you do workout 1-skip a day-workout 2
for a month and then switch to November workout.
When do you do the killer ab routine? alternate days of workout 1 and 2?
Will there be a Dec workout or will we switch back to workout 1 & 2?
While I am on that subject.....does anyone have the workout videos?
Are workout 1 & 2 on DVD #1? How many different routines are on each of the DVD's? There are 1, 2, and 3.

As you move along the program you will receive access to more videos.
Keep in mind, that if you want to work out more than what the program suggests, go for it!
It is important to know your body and do what you think is best. If you feel you shouldn't be skipping days, then add something in. Just make sure you don't overwork yourself.
I am so happy to hear that. I personally know how much better I feel when the coffee is been kicked to the curb.
I am glad you like the workouts, I enjoy them too.
