I hope this list makes you think twice about eating sugar. I occasionally use small amounts of stevia or organic maple syrup or organic sugar but for the most part, I really try to avoid sugar. It is true that sugar is highly addictive. I find that when I eat dessert on occasion, I crave more sugar a few hours later. In order to break the sugar habit, it is best to avoid it altogether.
