Restaurants are in the business of making a profit which means keeping their food costs as low as possible which means low-quality food. Anything that says "fried", potato chips, taco shells, tortilla chips, doughnuts, Indian fry bread, French fries, tempura, batter dipped or breaded anything, chimichangas, etc.
