I remember when Dr. Mercola came out with the Whey Healthier mixes. The advertisement mentions using raw milk protein. I had some of Jordan Rubin's Goatein protein powder left and was using that at the beginning of this program with no symptoms. I ran out and started using the Whey Healthier protein powder I had bought. This is the second one I have made. Both times I noticed I got a slight sinus headache and my sinuses were slightly congested. Is the protein mix strong enough that it would cause a dairy sensitivity?

Thanks

If you are ok with the assumption that you are dairy sensitive and plan to continue to avoid it, I would say it is fine to skip the dairy test day. You might want to test goat or sheep milk products, but it sounds like you are ok with goat milk, and yes I would continue to use the goat protein powder you have.
Thank you for the positive comments- we are working hard to make the program the best it can be,

Winnie

I have two questions. Should I not even bother challenging dairy since I am having this reaction to the Whey Healthier?
Is it okay for me to use Garden of Life's Goatein protein since it does not cause any symptoms.

You guys have changed my life. Thank you for all your time and effort putting this program together. I am telling everyone about the program.

It is possible you are sensitive to the whey healthier. It is a very pure product and works for most people, but it sounds like you should avoid it for the time being. We will have a completely non-dairy alternative in the store soon.
