Weightloss with Paul McKenna
This is a new show on TLC. Has anyone heard of him? I recorded one show that I'm about to watch. It looks like the promos are about teaching the EFT technique (at least for the show I recorded). Does he teach along the same lines as Mercola/Dr Pearsall, or will this just trip me up?

Hi Dawn,
Thanks for asking. This is good to know. I also don't have a tv. Due to a quirk in the way Comcast bills, it was cheaper to get the 'triple play' for a year over just phone and internet. The PC was hooked up and we watch TV on our computer. In a way, I can't wait until the 12 months are over. It will be more expensive, but the the tv is distracting.

Is this recorded somewhere? I would love to see EFT being done as well. I don't have a TV, so I would need to see it online. Thanks for any help!

:idea: It was the EFT technique! It's great because I had trouble following written instructions. This makes it easy. I'm going to use this everytime I feel stressed or crave food. For those who have cable, the show is on TLC.
