week six questions

I have looked ahead to week six and see that they are geared toward Carb types. I feel that I am a very strong protein type. Do I just follow the PT suggestions and cut some carbs or is it sufficient to just follow the PT substitutions?

Follow your intuition and do what feels right to you- I would watch the overall carbs more than getting too obsessed with the PT and CT specific food details, but it's up to you.
