Week 2 omissions
I am on level 1, day 9. The menu for today calls for vegetable crudites and sunflower scallion dip. Neither of those recipes is listed in week 2.
Also, on day 8, the first day of week 2, there is a reference to making the tropical fruit nut salad, but I don't see that listed in any of the meals for the week. Either it needs to be included in the recipes and menu plan, or it needs to be removed from the notes.

Yes skip the quinoa in week 2! I am in the process of correcting mistakes like these, and I am sorry about that!

Non gluten grains are introduced in week 3 but the week two, day five meal plan calls for steamed swiss chard and bean. Quinoa is listed in the recipe but not in the ingredient list to the left. Should we skip the quinoa in week two?
