I am having some sort of reaction to what I think is the vinegar in the wonderful salad dressing recipe for the Green Salad w/Pecans and Pears. I feel my face strongly "flush" with blood and when I look in the mirror, it is indeed quite pink. Can you tell me what might cause this or what I should do about it?

Thank you,
Dawn

It could be the apples? Or maybe it just does not work for your body- there does not have to be a reason why...
Go back to the vinegar you were eating before if you feel fine eating that one...

Yes, it is organic, raw ACV, and I did react to it again. What would make me sensitive to it? I usually use my own homemade lacto-fermented vinegar, and have not noticed any reaction to it. Do you know why I would react to one and not the other?

Thank you!

Are you using an organic and raw apple cider vinegar? Why don't you test it by trying 1-2 tsp in a cup of warm water to make sure that's what is causing your reaction. If you react again after trying this, I would recommend avoiding it for a while as you are clearly sensitive to it.
