Supplements
I was trying to decide between Fiber Full, Greens, Probiotics Ultra and Digestive Enzymes as my second supplement. (note* I already have the Pro Optima Whey Protein Powder) They all say they support digestive health.
Question 1. If I can only purchase one of them right now to start my program (I am starting week 2) which one would you suggest? I was thinking about starting off with the Fiber Full and then adding the others in one at a time.
Question 2. When I get to the point where I have all of the above -would I use them all on a regular basis or maybe rotate them on a daily/weekly basis not to get too much of probiotics etc? I will probably be fine, but just wanted to check to make sure. Maybe you don't suggest a person take all of them but rather choose a couple? :?
1. If you have to choose one supplement I would suggest a multi-vitamin.
2nd choice: it depends on your needs:
Fiber-to help with hunger and constipation
Probiotics-if you are not eating cultured foods daily
Enzymes-if you have gas, bloating, need help with digestion, eat a lot of
cooked food
They all have different functions.
