On the old board was an exercise tab. I thought this was great as it gave me exercises to do. Do you have plans to bring it back? I know for myself this made the program well rounded and gave me one more thing to follow to help stay on track.

Also on the CD 7 little know secrets, they talk about an exercise DVD, will that be available anytime soon?

The exercise tab has moved. You will find it under your account "Account Tools" under neath the meal plans and recipes links.
