When reading about the smoothies on day 6, it says you can pick ingredients from a smoothie chart in the staple recipies, but the chart is not there. Could you please add it? Also, when I started earlier this week there was a minty coconut dream recipie. I didn't print it due to printer problems. Could you please post this recipie?
