Recipies
I had to share with everyone that I made the Thai Curry with chicken thighs and mixed in spicy kimchee. It was absolutely delicious!
I never thought I would like kimchee, but in this it was wonderful!!
I've definately had a problem with bland food so far, but this took away the blah's.
Happy Eating!!
Hey Karen,
Did you make your own Kimchee or buy store bought?
We make our own in a large crock, but it never seems to last very long. We all love it here, so I want to know what brands everyone likes and where they are finding them, as a back up! :)
One thing we all fight over is the juice left over once the veggies are gone. Drink it-or put it in a soup-it's wonderful!
Warm regards,
Dawn
Glad you loved the recipe and that you are starting to like kimchee. You are always free to add seasonings and condiments that you like, provided they don't have unhealthy ingredients in them... no need to suffer with bland food!

Dawn,
I used King's spicy kimchee. I never liked the taste of any kind of kimchee or sauerkrout before so this is a whole new thing for me. I don't know if I'd like it alone or not but am more willing to try!
How do you make your kimchee? I'd love to try it!
Karen
