Raw Goat's milk
I am allergic to Raw Cow's milk and am wondering if this would include Raw Goat's milk. I really do not have a problem substituting my milk with almond milk, but I will really miss my cheese. And would yogurt be a problem since it is somewhat fermented?

Ok Vera,
We'll try to slip that message in!
Thanks for the great suggestion,

re-testing items is something that at this point needs to be handled by each individual, but I'll make a note that we should incorporate that re-testing into the program at some point in the future.

Thanks. Yes I know it would be impossible for you to keep tabs on all the re-testing. But even something as simple as adding a note to the bits in the menus where they already say "if you showed signs of sensitivity to _____ please avoid it and re-test in a few weeks" you might add to that "and we will give you a reminder in the menu when several weeks have passed and it's time to re-test for those that showed sensitivity to ______". And then just slip the reminder in at the beginning of the menu in a few weeks.
Some of us, like myself, who have memory issues (can you say 4 kids, a husband, run a home business, pulled in every direction at once? lol) might benefit from a little reminder like that. :)
Thanks!
Vera
The testings should be complete after week 9, I believe. Because of the variety of different needs, re-testing items is something that at this point needs to be handled by each individual, but I'll make a note that we should incorporate that re-testing into the program at some point in the future.

test each of the foods you are concerned about separately- goat milk, goat cheese, yogurt....test each on a separate day alone- you might need to wait until the other food testings are out of the way to do it..
Hi, can you tell me what week the testing is complete?
Also, if we showed sensitivity to a food and need to retest, will we be prompted to do that in the future weeks lessons/menus, or do we need to make arrangements for that on our own?
TIA,
Vera
Many people who can't tolerate cow milk do ok with goat milk. Best is to test each of the foods you are concerned about separately- goat milk, goat cheese, yogurt....test each on a separate day alone- you might need to wait until the other food testings are out of the way to do it.
You may be able to resume eating the cow milk once you have been off it a while and your intestinal integrity is strengthened...
