I normally drink 2 oz of pomegranate juice a day. The label says filtered water and juice from concentrate. The brand is Knudson Just Pomegranate. Is this OK? Should I count it as part of a fruit serving?
We prefer whole fruits to juices but as long as you are diluting it with water, it is probably ok...Yes you might want to count this as one of your fruit servings.
