I was making the Herbed Millet Stew last week. I followed the directions as is. Depending on your crockpot or how long you are away, you might want to change the measurements slightly. I cooked mine overnight, which was about 9-10 hours, which would have been about the same time if I started it before going to work. The water had evaporated and the millet was burned on the walls of the pot and was more like a mash. It could be the crockpot or the time, but I wanted to let you know so you won't run into the same problem. Next time, I might only cook it for 6 hours or use more water.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Thank you so much for the feedback- I will retest the recipe and adjust the liquid/time as you suggested.
