HI..I posted this ? on "Ask the DOctors" but no reply yet....so I'm trying here.

According to DIagnos-Techs ASI...my cortisol level is elevated all day long except at midnite. ANd my estrogen levels are sky high or high.
Esp. @ 7am. ALso high in DHEA and Dihydroxytestosterone. How can this be???as I am post-menapausal for 8 years. Any thoughts on the possibilities? I read that your fat cells can produce Estrone....and my PCP agrees...but not sure this is all of the problem...and does fat produce the other hormones? I must say that I also suffered tremendous night sweats and didn't sleep for 2 years at the Pause. SO WHAT is going on?
And do you have any ideas on how to lower the levels? Thanks!...jotales

Estrogenic Foods

Still trying to wrap my head around this Estrogen thing. I did read the Enlita LEsson on Estrogen.

Are there foods that are estrogenic?
