I believe I reacted to brown rice. I haven't even tried the quinoa yet, because I just didn't feel good with the brown rice, but will do so today. If I get a similar reaction, then does this mean I have a gluten intolerance that is so sensitive that I am even reacting to seeds and non-gluten grains?

You say to continue to avoid all grains if you get a reaction. Should I at this point try the ALCAT to fine tune which grains/seeds I am reacting to? Do I keep trying other non-gluten grains? I would imagine that a reaction to grains might mask a reaction to the new items we are challenging.

Do I go ahead and test for eggs and dairy in week 4?

I did try the quinoa today and did not react to it. However, I did feel like super full after just a couple of bites. I ate a small bit of everything as was fuller than normal. Is that considered a reaction?

Let me know on that ALCAT test :)

If you feel you reacted to brown rice, avoid it for a while and then test it again. Proceed with the other testings because reacting to that does not necessarily imply you will react to the other foods. It may be isolated and it may not. Doing the Alcat test may indeed be a good idea for you, though- I will speak to Dr. Pearsall and find out when it is going to be available.
