a glass of wine and/or champagne
I am on Day 18 of Phase I of the protocol and realized I did not take hcg while I was gorging. I've lost 12.5 lbs since I started the 500 cal diet April 5 but would I have lost more had I take the HCG during my three day gorge? Also, should I stay on the 500 cal diet and continue taking HCG for three additional days and then maintain 500 cal for three days w/o HCG? How do I know if I have wheat allergies? After the no starch phase am I allowed to eat any bread products such as flax seed bread with net carbs 6 grams for two slices? I will celebrate my 50th Birthday,May 17, three days before I finish Phase II, will I ruin everything if I have a glass of wine and/or champagne or two and flourless chocolate cake? Finally, once I'm off the low starch phase am I allowed to have kidney beans and garbanzo beans?

Don't know. It takes 3 days for the injections to kick in. We don't know how long it takes for homeopathic to kick in.

If you wish.
How do I know if I have wheat allergies?
You go without wheat for 2 weeks and then eat wheat all day long and see how you feel for 72 hours.

You would do well to continue to keep your carb intake to moderation and eat carbs mostly from produce.
I will celebrate my 50th Birthday,May 17, three days before I finish Phase II, will I ruin everything if I have a glass of wine and/or champagne or two and flourless chocolate cake? No you won't ruin anything.
Finally, once I'm off the low starch phase am I allowed to have kidney beans and garbanzo beans? Yes
