I will be starting Enlita next week. My first goal would be to make the food choices I make for myself and my family a priority. Second, make time to prepare these meals for my entire family. Third, eliminate
coffee from my diet. Fourth but not least, a regular exercise program.

I was reading through the forums and someone mentioned coffee alternatives. Where can I find them? I have matcha green tea, but I am sure I will need something more in the morning. Can anyone suggest help in this area?
I enjoy Chai too if anyone has a recipe for that.

I am very excited about having Enlita as a wonderful resource to help me
provide healthy meals for myself and family.

Thank You!

The Green Tea we offer has the same caffeine content as half a cup of coffee.

If you are looking for a boost, and trying to eliminate caffeine, you may want to check out Tyrosine.

It truly does keep you alert and focused.

I can't handle caffeine, it gives me the shakes, even small amounts. After the caffeine high goes away I feel sick, drained and out of it.

So I tried the Tyrosine and it worked for me.

I was also told that Adrenal Rescue would help with quitting coffee too.

Good luck! Let me know how it goes.

coffee elimination

I also try to eliminate coffee. I don't like tea so I start to diminish my coffee intake by mixing it with chicory root. Each day I Put inside the filter more and more chicory :)

Yes, exactly -caffine
Actually, you taught me something new. I really didn't know that green tea
had caffine! Ican not believe I didn't know that! Green tea is not one of my favorites I have to be honest. I just started drinking it recently because of the health benefits. I love the taste of coffee and the smell.

Patrice,

What do you mean by "you will need more" than the Royal Matcha Green Tea?

Do you mean the caffeine content?

If so, the green tea is very high in caffeine, which is why you must take it in low doses.

How do you like the Green Tea?

Welcome to the family!
