Eggs
I reacted also to cooked eggs. However, I seem to not react to them raw. Is this possible, or am I just not noticing the reaction? I waited a couple of days and tried the raw eggs again and did just great. I have not retested the cooked eggs, because my reaction was so strong!
I am also doing fine on raw dairy.
I am still reacting to brown rice, but not to quinoa or buckwheat.
What should I do about the eggs? I am in week 5 and will be testing citrus and wheat this week.

Yes apparently great minds do think alike!
I want chickens- I am jealous! Someday soon, I think...
Re: smoothies...I usually dislike them in the winter but lately find that as long as I'm not headed outside right after I drink one, I really enjoy them. I balance out the coldness factor with some warm matcha green tea and it works for me somehow...

Yes it is very possible to do fine with the raw and not the cooked eggs. Cooking changes the protein and it is not agreeing with you. I find raw eggs work best in smoothies- beyond that is is hard to find a way to eat them. So you'll have to substitute a different protein for cooked eggs from now on. Feel free to re-test in a few weeks, though I can understand why you would avoid this if you felt terrible after the first testing...If adding raw eggs to smoothies make sure to use the best quality eggs you can find and also you can just use only the yolks most of the time- this is the more nutritious and less allergenic portion.
Sounds like you are doing very well and learning vital info about how these foods work for you. Keep up the good work,

We've been able to do the smoothies more (even though it is still cold here) by just not using ice or frozen fruit in the smoothie.
Chasing that with a nice cup of Matcha tea has been tried here, too. Great minds think alike!
