So right you are!
With the shortages as well, maybe it will be a blessing in disguise that many will be forced (led??) to follow this way of nourishing your body.
I purchase all my organic grains in bulk through a local food co-op, so I'll have plenty to tide me over once I can tolerate them again. My family misses my sourdough bread.
