I was looking through today's recipes and noticed that a smoothie with chocolate protein powder is on the menu. I do have the chocolate flavor, but I wondered if it was okay to use? I thought we were avoiding chocolate at this point (week 3).
Yes that sounds like an oversight in the menus- cocoa should indeed still be avoided at the point you're at in the program...sorry about the mistake.
