Is buckwheat toasts OK for the first weeks of the program?
. I used to eat bread with raw butter in replacement of marmelade. I am not very fond of eating salty meals like vegetables for breakfast . Ham, ok...
Can I take smoothies every morning? or some" budwig cream " known for health benefit in europe? (without dairy inside of course)

Buckwheat is gluten-free, so technically it is okay. The menues at the beginning of the program contain minimal grains to help jump start weight loss.

Smoothies are okay, and listed in the menues on day 6 of the program.

Budwig cream may be okay as well, depending on how you make it. Make sure to avoid the allergenic foods initially!
