Shifting Gears
Due to a very hectic schedule and major life events happening in my family, I would like to revert back to the first weeks of the program, diet wise, until the 2nd week in June. I was just now getting ready to start the Detox week, but I feel that I will be better able to apply myself to it after the chaos settles down to a normal hum.
I can't see any issues with this, but wanted to ask if there was something I should be concerned with if I intend to jump right back to the detox week the second week in June?
I think removing allergens from our diet during this craziness will only help my system handle the stress better.
Anybody else have success swapping things around like this?
